Location: Okhla, South Delhi| Onsite 5.5 days

Experience Required: 4-5 years of experience (qualified CA)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on accounting expertise including bank reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance, MIS reporting, and financial analysis. Prior experience in D2C, E-commerce, or FMCG finance operations is highly preferred.

Preparation and finalization of Monthly MIS Reports and Financial Statements

Review and maintenance of Balance Sheet / Trial Balance and Fixed Asset Register

Preparation of Provisional Financial Statements and various MIS support reports

Coordination with auditors for Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & GST Audit

Compliance with all statutory and financial regulations

Monthly Sales Register, Monthly Expenses, Working Capital & Cash Flow reporting

GST compliance including GST reconciliation and supporting documentation

Vendor Reconciliation and Vendor Management

Monitoring Monthly Cash Budget and Budget Variance Control

Financial Controls & Risk Management

Quarterly Royalty Statement preparation

Bank Reconciliation and handling banking-related processes

Stakeholder Management and communication
