Basic Salary : $7000 + AWS

Responsibilities :
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions.
- Prepare monthly and yearly account closing.
- Prepare management accounts and financial reports.
- Liaise with Headquarters (HQ) on finance-related matters.
- Prepare and submit reports requested by HQ.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting and project costs.
- Coordinate audit, tax and statutory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements :
- ACCA or CPA or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST and corporate tax.
- Experience in month-end and year-end closing.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero, Carbonate or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Experience liaising with overseas HQ will be an added advantage.
