Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, support monthly book closure, contribute to MIS reporting, assist in audits and oversee statutory compliances. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations

Monitor customer billing, collections, and outstanding receivables

Ensure timely closure of AP & AR ledgers with accurate ageing analysis

Books Closure & MIS

Support monthly/quarterly book closure activities including accruals, provisions ,and reconciliations

Prepare and provide inputs for management reporting and MIS dashboards

Assist in variance analysis vs. budgets/forecasts

Audit Support

Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors

Prepare and maintain audit schedules and documentation

Ensure timely resolution of audit queries

Statutory Compliance

Oversee compliance with applicable statutory requirements(TDS, GST, PF/ESI, Companies Act-related filings etc.

Support in timely return filings and payments

Maintain proper documentation for regulatory purposes

Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.

23 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with exposure to accounts payable / receivable, book closure, and audits.

Experience with Big 4 firms is preferable, as it adds strong process orientation and industry best practices

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work Days: 5 (Monday to Friday)
