About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to join our team. This role is
critical in overseeing payment tracking, financial data coordination, compliance processes, and
accounting operations, especially across eCommerce platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and D2C
(Direct-to-Consumer) businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance operations, a sharp eye for
discrepancies, and prior experience managing receivables, payables, reconciliations, and vendor
coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Payment Tracker Verification & Approval
- Verify and approve payment trackers with accuracy.
- Identify and resolve credit note issues and duplicate invoices.
- Track aging reports; resolve delays in 3-way checks and SoP gaps.
- eCommerce Accounting Operations (Flipkart, Amazon, D2C)
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including receivables, payables, settlement
reconciliation, and payment processing for online marketplaces and D2C channels.
- Monitor and resolve reconciliation mismatches across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and marketplaces for invoice, claim, and payout
resolutions.
- Coordination for Data Gaps
- Analyze systems to identify data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with IT/data teams to improve data integrity.
- Perform regular audits on data flow and reporting accuracy.
- Internal Coordination
- Internal teams to ensure timely submission of invoices and financial documentation.
- Set and enforce clear timelines and track deliverables.
- Remittance Collection
- Track and follow up on remittance collections.
- Maintain accurate records of ledgers and outstanding dues.
- Ensure timely credit via consistent vendor communication.
- GSTR Reconciliation
- Review and reconcile GSTR filings with actual invoices.
- Maintain a compliance dashboard and flag missing invoices.
- Work closely with the compliance team for resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience: 13 years in finance operations, accounting, or a related role.
- Proven experience with eCommerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, D2C) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, payable, payment processing, and settlement
reconciliation.
- Proficient in Excel and financial tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines.
