Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Salem. The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day finance operations including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and timely preparation of financial statements. The role includes managing budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate reporting for internal stakeholders and external partners. The Finance Manager will be responsible for compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, coordinating with auditors and external advisors as needed. Additional responsibilities include financial analysis to support decision-making, cost control initiatives, and process improvements to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, with the ability to manage end-to-end finance operations.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning to support organizational goals.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets, with solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, including clear reporting and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance are an advantage.
