Finance Manager Finance Executive

- Assisting the team in pitching, ideation deal execution
- Independently managing deal execution at senior levels
- Adherence to defined timelines for delivery
- Lead the execution of Project Finance mandates across Telecom, Media and Technology sectors
- Developing project finance models and carrying out detailed sensitivities on key parameters
The candidate should have interest and motivation in developing a long term career in the relevant area of work and is expected to :
- Lead the execution of mandates across debt , equity & M&A in various sectors with special focus on metal and mining sector
- Developing term sheets, mandate letters and assistance in negotiating terms and conditions with the client
- Review of various transaction documents & execution including satisfaction of CP's and post disbursement conditions.
- Developing financial models and valuation exercise and carrying out detailed sensitivities on key parameters
- Developing terms of appointment of lenders advisors (technical, commercial, legal, insurance etc.)
- Anchoring due diligence report reviews and resolving queries and issues
- Developing Information Memorandum for Debt syndication / equity related mandates
- Assisting the syndication process
