Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic Deputy Manager / Manager – Finance to work directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). You will drive business performance tracking, strategic financial planning, and oversee the financial modeling for major hospital expansion projects (Greenfield & Brownfield).
Key Responsibilities
- CFO Support: Act as key support to the CFO on business performance tracking, financial analysis, dashboards, and variance reports.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and evaluate profitability, cost structures, and unit economics.
- Expansion Projects: Prepare and review project financials (CapEx budgets, cash flows, funding plans) for hospital expansions, monitoring milestones and budget variances.
- Collaboration & Controls: Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, medical admin, procurement) to validate data and strengthen internal financial controls.
Requirements
- Education: CA, CMA, or MBA Finance from a top institution.
- Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Industry: Healthcare / Hospital sector preferred.
- Skills: Strong financial modeling, CapEx tracking, variance analysis, and C-suite reporting skills.
