Role: Account Manager
As our Account Manager, you will be the finance backbone across multiple ongoing projects and operations. This role is hands-on, dynamic, and essential to keeping our implementation smooth and efficient.
What You'll Do
- Prepare project-wise financial performance reports including Project P&L, profit margins, and cost tracking
- Maintain ledgers, books of accounts, vouchers, and project documentation
- Monitor project-wise budgets vs. actuals and highlight gaps proactively
- Assist in fund flow management and vendor / contractor payments
- Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure timely financial reporting
- Support statutory compliance and auditor-related documentation
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field
- 24 years experience in accounting / financial reporting (preferably project-based or manufacturing environments)
- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on exposure to project bookkeeping can also apply
- Strong working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail & ownership mindset
