Core Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting:

Preparing and analysing monthly and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

Developing annual budgets, 5-year financial forecasts, and tracking budget variances to ensure financial goals are met. 

• Accounting Operations:

Overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting, such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll. 

• Internal Controls:

Establishing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial stability. 

• Audits and Compliance:

Managing the internal audit process, ensuring readiness for external audits, and guaranteeing compliance with tax laws and other financial regulations. 

• Financial Analysis:

Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, evaluate risks, and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. 

• Team Management:

Managing, hiring, and training members of the finance and accounting teams. 

• Strategic Planning:

Working with leadership to develop financial strategies and growth plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
