Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to explain loan offerings and showcase customized product options with low turnaround time (TAT) and high service standards to achieve assigned sales targets
- Assist customers in processing new or used car loans by providing complete guidance throughout the loan application journey
- Collect, verify, and organize all required loan documentation and ensure timely file login
- Coordinate with the Credit Team to ensure quick loan approvals and resolve any discrepancies
- Visit customers residence or workplace for document collection when required
- Handle post-disbursement documentation (PDDs) and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Submit all physical files within the defined TAT to avoid delays in processing
- Support EMI collections by following up with customers who have missed payments, when necessary
- Interact with walk-in customers at automobile dealerships and resolve loan-related queries professionally
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle documentation and ensure accuracy
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and documentation
- Basic knowledge of car loans and financial services is a plus
- Graduate in any stream (preferred)
