Finance Controller (Experienced in Hotel Industry)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Controller located in Monterrey, NLE. The Finance Controller will oversee financial operations within the hotel, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring budgets, controlling costs, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaboration with other departments will be essential to ensure financial efficiency and support business objectives.

• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Accounting principles, practices, and compliance
• Solid Analytical Skills with experience in financial performance analysis
• In-depth understanding of Finance, including budgeting and cost control
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
