Key Responsibilities- Lead MIS reporting, dashboards, and financial analysis to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage investor relations reporting, presentations, and performance updates.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with company growth.
- Ensure statutory compliance, taxation, and audits are completed smoothly and timely.
- Monitor working capital, treasury, and cash flow management.
- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and profitability.
- Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, M&A, and expansion planning.
Skills & Qualifications- CA / MBA Finance with 4+ years of relevant experience (E-commerce / Consumer Goods / Startups preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting, financial modeling, and analytics.
- Experience in investor management and fundraising support.
- Deep understanding of accounting standards, tax, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
