Overview

This role will oversee the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Transformation projects across all PepsiCo's Europe Sectors delivering process improvements and cost efficiencies. The individual will complete all aspects of the transformation project: from planning to deployment and support business with change management of the new harmonized Global C&B Gold Standard processes.


Responsibilities

  • Management of C&B cube for Europe
  • Participate in all UAT and Training Opex & C&B
  • Do fit-gap analysis by market
  • Ensure Gold Standard implementation during market transition in ICC
  • Act as C&B cube SME
  • Help Simplification team to finalize Reporting standard
  • Support Cockpit OPEX dashboard enhancement
  • Help to implement Reporting standard in all markets
  • Ensure all ICC DTPs are updated in line with Gold Standard

Qualifications

  • Min 4-5 years experience in Finance Planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with strong preference for Masters degree
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programs would be a plus
  • Strong FP&A and process design skills
  • Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
  • Fluent in English
