Role Description
This full-time Finance and HR Executive role is an on-site position located in Kochi. The individual will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR management and operations, ensuring smooth employee relations, and implementing HR policies effectively. Additionally, the Finance and HR Executive will oversee financial aspects, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies skills
- Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1to 2 year experience
