We're Hiring: Finance & Accounts Manager

We are now looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager who can own our financial backbone.someone meticulous, proactive, and capable of building strong internal controls while enabling fast growth.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain organized and accurate bookkeeping with timely account updates.
Perform monthly reconciliations (vendors, customers, taxes).
Oversee statutory compliance GST, TDS, and related filings.
Manage payables and receivables efficiently.
Conduct planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Oversee cash flow and working capital management.
Drive MIS reporting, cost analysis, and process optimization.
Handle payroll processing and internal audits.
Coordinate with external auditors, bankers, and consultants.
Support business plan preparation and financial projections.
What We're Looking For
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) or equivalent.
Experience: 36 years in accounts & finance, preferably in a manufacturing or D2C environment.
Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Excel, and MIS reporting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
A self-starter who can take full ownership of the finance function.
Compensation
Competitive salary (30,00045,000/month, based on experience).
