Job Description

Number of Positions - 5

Eligibility Criteria : ACCA Affiliates with 8-10 Years of experience in Finance and accounts field .

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • MIS reporting and performance accounting.
  • Financial statement analysis and business insights.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Handle internal, statutory, GST and external audits.
  • Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
  • Cash flow management and banking operations.
  • Coordinate legal and secretarial compliances under the Companies Act.
  • Prepare management reports and financial dashboards.
  • Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance.
  • Client coordination and negotiation.
  • Cost analysis and business forecasting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and oversee receivables/payables.
  • Ensure compliance for Private Limited Companies and portfolio management.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Finance & Accounting functions
  • Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to independently manage audits, compliances, and legal documentation
