Role Description The Finance Analyst – Treasury will manage day-to-day treasury operations, including monitoring cash flows, liquidity positions, and banking relationships to support Finnable's lending activities. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports related to treasury, ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts, and supporting funding plans in line with business growth. The role involves evaluating financial data to optimize working capital, supporting risk management initiatives, and collaborating with finance, credit, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial information. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular interaction with internal stakeholders, external partners, and financial institutions.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Finance, including knowledge of lending or financial services, and understanding of treasury functions.
  • Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting to support cash flow forecasting, funding plans, and management reporting.
  • Ability to interpret and work with Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.
  • Comfort with Excel and financial modeling tools; familiarity with ERP or finance systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, CIMA) are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work inclusively within cross-functional teams.
