Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Analyst who can drive cost analysis, budget control, and spend tracking across the organization, while supporting MIS reporting, variance analysis, and forex/accounting functions. This role requires someone who can go beyond number crunching to generate actionable insights for cost control and revenue optimization, with a strong focus on product and SKU-level costing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cost analysis at product and SKU level to identify margin and efficiency opportunities
• Track and control budgets across departments; flag deviations proactively
• Prepare variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and present findings to leadership
• Own and maintain MIS reports for management decision-making
• Manage forex transactions, exposure tracking, and related accounting entries
• Support day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assist with tax and accounting compliance across multiple geographies, particularly Poland, Singapore, and the USA
• Recommend cost control and revenue optimization strategies based on data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to gather spend and revenue inputs

Ideal Candidate

• CA / CA Final (with relevant analytical exposure) or MBA Finance
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, costing, or accounting roles
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations
• Hands-on experience in product/SKU-level costing analysis
• Exposure to Poland, Singapore, and/or USA tax and accounting regulations is a plus
• Prior experience in a service-based or AI/tech industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel/financial modeling tools; familiarity with accounting software
• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to present financial insights clearly to stakeholders
