Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Administration Manager to manage the company's financial operations and office administration. The role will oversee accounting, billing, collections, vendor payments, banking, statutory compliance, event finances, MIS reporting, contracts, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, excellent attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, banks, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

• Review and process invoices, debit notes, credit notes, vendor bills, and payments.

• Monitor client collections, outstanding receivables, vendor payments, and cash flow.

• Prepare and monitor event budgets, project-wise profitability, and Budget vs. Actual reports.

• Manage banking operations, payment schedules, fund transfers, Fixed Deposits, and Bank Guarantees.

• Monitor GST and TDS workings and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for statutory compliance and audits.

• Manage client onboarding, agreements, contracts, NDAs, and related documentation.

• Maintain vendor records, coordinate vendor onboarding, verify invoices, and manage payment schedules.

• Coordinate with Operations and Client Servicing teams on event expenses, billing, and project financials.

• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS, cash flow, outstanding, profitability, and management reports.

• Manage office administration, inventory, utilities, maintenance, assets, couriers, and facility requirements.

• Maintain accurate financial, client, vendor, contract, and operational records.

• Develop and improve finance and administration processes to ensure smooth business operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable & Payable and Cash Flow Management.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and MIS reporting.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience in Banking Operations and Vendor Management.

• Strong Client Coordination and Contract Management skills.

• Excellent documentation, organizational, and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Tally ERP, Google Workspace, and Internet Banking Portals.

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

• Experience in the Event Management, Marketing Agency, or Service Industry is preferred.
