Finance & Accounts Executive

Position: Finance & Accounts Executive

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 24 years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client billing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, cost trackers
• Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in monthly closing, audit support, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Support expense tracking, and vendor and client onboarding

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Familiarity with Advertising billing systems (e.g., Finac) is a plus
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a creative environment
