About us: Unitech Concrete India is an established player in the market with over a decade of presence with major construction houses. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team.
Job Summary: We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to generate business, build client relationships, and drive sales in the RMC/RMX segment. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground market visits, lead generation, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for RMC/RMX products in the assigned area
- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and consultants to promote products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and builders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain a daily sales activity report
- Coordinate with the plant/production team for timely delivery and order fulfillment
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
- Track competitor activities and market trends in the RMC/RMX industry
- Maintain records of client interactions, orders, and payments
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in field sales, preferably in RMC/RMX, cement, construction materials, or related building material industry
- Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory for daily field visits)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of construction/RMC industry preferred
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
- Local area/market knowledge is an added advantage
