Field Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Sholinganallur. The role involves meeting and engaging with potential clients to promote and sell insurance products, providing detailed guidance on products and services offered by Policybazaar.com. Responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, understanding customer requirements, handling queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall sales strategy.

• Proven sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and customer acquisition
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
• Customer service skills with the ability to address and resolve client inquiries effectively
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical aptitude
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is desirable
