Role Description

The Field Sales Executive position is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal. The role involves identifying opportunities to promote PAYTM's services to potential clients, reaching out to businesses, demonstrating product solutions, and facilitating merchant onboarding. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong business relationships, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities may include addressing customer queries, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills including negotiation, lead generation, and client relationship management.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is advantageous.
• Relevant experience in the financial technology or payments industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
