Job Title: Field Sales Executive - M Suite (SaaS Software Sales)

Job Description:

We are seeking ambitious and dynamic Field Sales Executives who have prior experience in B2B SaaS sales or have worked with leading tech companies such as Justdial, IndiaMART, Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential pharmacy and healthcare partners, conducting on-ground demonstrations, and driving end-to-end client acquisition for the M Suite platform.

You will act as the brand's front-line ambassador - building trust, showcasing product value, and closing deals with precision and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market mapping.
  • Conduct product demos and explain the value proposition of M Suite to pharmacy owners and healthcare retailers.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle - from pitch to closing and post-sale onboarding coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients for upselling, renewals, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in SaaS, Fintech, or B2B platforms such as Justdial, IndiaMART, Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital products and business tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about growth.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Salary Range:

20,000 35,000/month (CTC) + Incentives + Travel Allowance
