Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Chandigarh. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales meetings, and onboarding residential societies to the NoBrokerHood platform. Additional tasks include building relationships with key stakeholders, delivering product presentations, managing negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process. The role involves traveling within Chandigarh to meet prospective clients and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in persuasive communication, active listening, and interpersonal relationships
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, plan schedules, and meet sales targets
  • Prior experience in field sales, marketing, or business development is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the prop-tech or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
