Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Professional to drive sales growth in the RECD
(Railway Electrification & Construction Division) and Genset product segment. The candidate will
be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and achieving
monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets in RECD and Genset categories.
2. Develop and implement effective sales plans to expand the customer base.
3. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
4. Identify new market opportunities and upcoming industry trends.
5. Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
6. Maintain strong understanding of RECD, Genset, and related industrial products.
7. Contact existing customers regularly to improve business volume.
8. Submit weekly sales reports to the Managing Director (MD).
9. Present and communicate effectively with clients.
10. Maintain good knowledge of assigned territories.
Key Requirements
- Experience in field sales for RECD, Genset, or Industrial Automation.
- Strong business and market analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Engineering background preferred (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics).
- Willingness to travel extensively.
