Job Description

We are looking for energetic and proactive male Sales Executives who can handle both lead sourcing and customer interactions for our premium township project in Pen. This role requires on-ground hustle, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with channel partners and walk-in clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Sourcing & Market Development
  • Identify and onboard new Channel Partners from Pen, Panvel, Navi Mumbai, and the Raigad belt.
  • Visit local agents, brokers, and property consultants to pitch the project.
  • Build a strong local agent network to drive fresh site visits.
  • Coordinate Channel Partner updates, inventory sharing, and follow-ups.
  • Client Interaction & Sales
  • Handle walk-in customers at the site and explain project details clearly.
  • Conduct site tours, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable inventory.
  • Follow up with high-intent leads and convert visits into bookings.
  • Maintain a positive and professional experience for every customer.
  • Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain a daily sourcing tracker, including Channel Partner visits, walk-ins, and hot prospects.
  • Update CRM and lead sheets and coordinate with the marketing team for new leads.
  • Share daily MIS reports covering enquiries, visits, and the booking pipeline.
  • Ensure site readiness, including brochures, demo flat walkthrough, refreshment setup, and related requirements.
