Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue collar roles across locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
- Coordinate with operations teams to understand hiring needs and job descriptions.
- Handle scheduling of interviews and candidate communication professionally and timely.
- Ensure onboarding of selected candidates, including documentation and compliance.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and recruitment metrics.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors as required.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract talent in competitive markets.
Qualifications
- 2 3 years of experience in blue collar hiring or high-volume
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in handling walk-ins, screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Prior experience in operations or field recruitment is a plus.
