Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position located in Bengaluru East for a Field Marketing Officer (BDA/PRO) - Entry-Level. The role involves conducting market research, promoting the school's brand, engaging with prospective parents, and coordinating field marketing activities. The officer will also work on fostering community relationships, executing sales initiatives, and supporting social media marketing campaigns to raise awareness about the school.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Research and a good understanding of marketing concepts
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with Social Media Marketing strategies and tools
- Basic knowledge or experience in Sales and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate organizational skills, and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Enthusiasm for education and a willingness to represent the values of Orchids International School
- Fluency in local languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
