Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Roaming Sales Agent / Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, marketing, and customer engagement by visiting retail outlets, dealers, contractors, builders, and potential customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market our sanitary products (taps, pipes, water tanks, etc.) in the assigned territory.
• Conduct daily field visits to generate new leads, achieve sales conversions, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Distribute catalogues, brochures, and marketing materials during visits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide timely field reports.
• Collect customer requirements and share feedback with management.
• Represent Tritrha Sales Pvt. Ltd. professionally in the market.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred).
• Prior sales/marketing experience is an advantage.
• Must have own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Languages required: Telugu, English, and Hindi (spoken fluency).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the city/region.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Attractive Performance Incentives.
