Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits across Chennai to identify prospective clients and generate qualified leads
Promote AItel's AI recruitment and voice automation solutions to HR teams, founders, and decision-makers
Execute marketing campaigns, events, demos, and on-ground brand awareness activities
Gather market insights on competitors, pricing, customer needs, and HR technology trends
Collaborate with the sales team to support closures and achieve monthly revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and channel partners
Prepare daily field visit reports, pipeline updates, and performance trackers
Participate in strategic planning for regional marketing growth
Represent AItel professionally during client meetings, events, and field activities
Qualifications
Strong skills in Market Planning, Field Sales, and Market Research
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in field environments and manage client interactions end-to-end
Sales and marketing mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1+ year experience in field marketing, sales, or customer engagement is a strong advantage
Willingness to travel across Chennai regularly
