Reporting to: Head of Marketing APAC, Lloyd's List Intelligence

Role Profile

We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive APAC to join the team and play a key role in our success in 2025 and beyond.

The role is a key strategic position and will execute marketing plans against sales goals, communicating and designing marketing strategies across Asia-Pacific markets. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing campaigns, events, and online and offline ads with agencies to achieve designated pipeline targets.

You will work closely with and report to the Head of Marketing, APAC, and liaise with sales to help grow business in both new logo and existing customer segments. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your marketing skills and take them up a notch within our high-growth, solution-selling business.

This role operates under a balanced working model between home and our newly opened avant-garde Chennai office in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, strategise, and execute events, conferences, and webinars in various formats across Asia-Pacific.
  • Take ownership of liaising with vendors, venues, speakers, and partners to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Manage attendee communications, internal and external coordination, and gather sales intelligence.
  • Be comfortable working with data and analysis and able to execute simple marketing automations.
  • Be hands-on with executing online campaigns, including but not limited to email, social, channel, SEM, and SEO.
  • Work with the design, product, and editorial teams to develop regionalised product communications and collateral.
  • Write compelling content and create campaign execution strategies.
  • Track and report campaign metrics, budgets, and outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 3 to 5 years in marketing, preferably in a SaaS, software, or B2B company.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills; eager to learn, adaptable, and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing Platforms, Social Media Scheduling tools, MS Office/Google Workspace).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce and Eloqua preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Some familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred, but not mandatory.

Education:

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
