Description:We're hiring a Field Marketing & Applications Executive to visit manufacturing companies and introduce them to how additive manufacturing can solve specific problems in tooling, prototyping, or production. The role combines technical understanding with on-ground outreach and early-stage business development.
Responsibilities:- Visit industries, tool rooms, and product teams to introduce Nirmitsu's capabilities.
- Explain how large-format 3D printing can be used in their current processes.
- Share relevant case studies, printed samples, and technical capabilities.
- Understand the prospect's current challenges and identify where AM fits.
- Liaise with the internal applications team for technical inputs and follow-ups.
- Document all outreach activities and share insights with the sales team.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
- Strong interest in digital manufacturing and new technologies.
- Confident in speaking with plant heads, engineers, and design teams.
- Willing to travel regularly to meet prospects on-site.
- Good communication skills in English and at least one regional language.
Nice to Have:- Prior exposure to 3D printing, manufacturing, or application engineering.
- Familiarity with CAD tools or manufacturing workflows.
