Role Description

The Team Lead will oversee a student-facing and operations-focused team, ensuring that counseling, application support, and training services are delivered effectively and consistently. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising team members, setting and tracking performance goals, coordinating workflows, and ensuring high-quality guidance for students pursuing higher education, Ausbildung programs, internships, and jobs in Germany. The role involves regular interaction with students and families, resolving escalations, improving processes, and collaborating with management to align team activities with organizational objectives. The Team Lead will also contribute to training design, documentation, and reporting for continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and evaluate team members effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities for engaging with students, families, and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational, planning, and time-management skills to handle multiple cases, deadlines, and operational priorities.
  • Experience in student counseling, education consulting, or career guidance, ideally with exposure to international education pathways.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for handling escalations, monitoring performance data, and implementing process improvements.
  • Comfort with digital tools, CRM or case-management systems, and basic office software for documentation, reporting, and coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in education, management, or social sciences is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Indore, maintain professional conduct
