Job Description

CSR with 6 months to 5 years in Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to 35K CTC

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve issues, maintain records, and ensure satisfaction. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills required

Required Candidate profile

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role (experience up to 5 years preferred).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is a plus)
