Qualification
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in arcade, amusement park, family entertainment center, gaming, or similar technical environment.
Experience in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on arcade games, redemption machines, simulators, VR attractions, kiddie rides, and other entertainment equipment. • Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults. • Replace defective components such as sensors, switches, joysticks, motors, power supplies, ticket dispensers, card readers, and LED displays. • Inspect equipment daily to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance. • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns during operating hours to minimize downtime. • Maintain AV systems, lighting, sound systems, and display screens as required. • Support installation, commissioning, relocation, and setup of new attractions and equipment. • Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and spare parts inventory. • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for technical support and spare parts procurement.
