As a growing brand, we're looking for passionate individuals who are excited to gain hands-on experience in the operational side of running a fashion business.
We are looking for a Fashion Operations Intern to join our team for a 1–2 month paid internship at our Mumbai office.
This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll work closely with the founders and gain exposure to the complete backend operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of production, order management, and inventory while supporting the team across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilties
- Assist with production coordination and follow-ups with vendors and manufacturing partners.
- Manage order processing, dispatch tracking, and customer order updates.
- Coordinate inventory, stock movement, and product organization.
- Maintain production records, order sheets, and operational documentation.
- Support backend operations across Shopify, including order management and product updates.
- Work with Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain reports, trackers, and operational data.
- Assist with quality checks, packaging, and dispatch coordination.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and day-to-day business operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with Shopify is preferred (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Good communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems.
- Interest in fashion, retail, or e-commerce operations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Business, Retail, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
