About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative apparel collections aligned with current fashion trends and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, fabrics, colors, and techniques.
Create original design concepts, mood boards, and theme boards for seasonal collections.
Develop detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for production.
Select fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for the designs.
Collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure the feasibility of designs.
Oversee sample development, fittings, and quality checks to finalize designs.
Manage design documentation, style sheets, and collection plans.
Stay updated on global fashion trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
Work within timelines to ensure on-time delivery of design collections.
Provide creative input for photoshoots, catalogs, and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
Strong creative and artistic abilities with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or CLO 3D.
Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and pattern-making.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in women's ethnic wear / western wear / Indo western wear
Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices.
Experience with trend forecasting tools like WGSN.
