What You'll Do
- Lead and manage our social media presence across Instagram & LinkedIn
- Plan, schedule, and execute content in line with the brand's identity and storytelling vision
- Work closely with the founder, stylists, and photographer to curate high-quality visuals and behind-the-scenes content
- Provide fashion advice and styling suggestions in-store, assisting clients with looks, pairings, and brand education
- Film and create content during in-store events, fittings, and client interactions
- Write crisp, on-brand captions and coordinate with designers for visuals
- Bring consistent, fashion-forward ideas that enhance both our digital and in-store presence
What We're Looking For
- Strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of men's fashion (suiting, styling, fabrics, trends)
- Comfortable engaging with clients in-store and advising on fashion choices
- An ownership mindset committed to building and growing with RAJASAB long-term
- Excellent written communication in English
- Comfortable working in a small, founder-led team where reliability and consistency matter as much as creativity
