Job Description

Facility Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility service delivery in the region. in addition to oversee the facility management, the resource shall ensure operational efficiency and functionality of the infrastructure.

Education: Graduate- Any, BE- is an advantage.

Experience: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in facility/Admin. Should have handled multiple facilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Systems Management: Manage and maintain technical systems within facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems (BAS). Ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with regulatory standards.

2. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of technical equipment and machinery. Develop preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.

3. Energy Management: Implement energy conservation initiatives and monitor energy usage within facilities. Identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and cost savings.

4. IT Infrastructure Support: Collaborate with IT teams to support and maintain IT infrastructure within facilities, including networks, telecommunications, and audio-visual systems. Ensure integration and compatibility with building systems.

5. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure technical systems and equipment comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.

6. Emergency Response Planning: Develop and maintain emergency response plans for technical systems and infrastructure. Coordinate responses to emergencies such as power outages, equipment failures, or natural disasters.

7. Budget and Vendor Management: Develop and manage budgets for technical operations and maintenance. Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.

8. Facility Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of all facility-related activities. Ensure the office/building is maintained to high standards, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. Coordinate with various other office/departments to ensure facilities meet their needs.

Manage Physical security/ Catering/ Visitor Management/ Help Desk/ Housekeeping/ Business Continuity/ Vendor Management/ Internal & External Audit/ Events/ Transport/ /Mail Room/ EHS/ Business travel/ Statutory compliance.
