• Manage the overall maintenance and operation of office buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor facility budgets, control operating costs, and manage vendor contracts.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and office space planning projects.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage asset inventories, equipment maintenance records, and facility documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and implement business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
• Oversee procurement of facility-related materials, equipment, and services.
• Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
