Job Description

JD:
Taking care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, fixed asset control & inventory, office cleaning & inspection.

Assign daily tasks & supervise office boys in their activities.

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Assist on IT support.

Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

To ensure general office maintenance like, travel & ticket booking, housekeeping, hygiene, electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, space management, minor repairs

Keeping details of all petty cash expenses with proper approvals from the concerned authorities & forwarding details of all expenses to the Accounts team on regular basis.

Ensure vendor invoices are checked on all parameters at the time of receipt.

Assisting New Joiners with welcome kit, desk allocation, and documentation.

Responsible for scheduling staff meetings, conferences, board meetings and other official activities.

Organizing team building activities along with monthly birthday/ work anniversary celebrations.

Owing to the diverse and dynamic nature of this role, be available and ready to support teams.

Required Experience:

Any graduate with minimum 5-10 years experience in Admin role.

Highly organized with an ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks simultaneously while working independently.

English & Hindi fluency. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Very strong attention to detail and confidentiality with a commitment to high-quality work.

Should have energetic and dynamic personality.

Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures including basic HR.

Preferred Male candidate.
