Key Responsibilities

Facility Manager

Lead overall site operations and ensure seamless service delivery.

Manage client relationships and act as the single point of contact.

Drive performance, compliance, and cost efficiency across all service lines.

Executive Soft Services

Oversee housekeeping, front office, and support services.

Monitor quality standards and implement continuous improvement.

Executive Technical Services

Support operation and maintenance of MEP systems.

Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules are met.

Executive Finance

Track budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure cost control.

Liaise with operations teams for financial planning and forecasting.

Executive Food & Beverage

Coordinate catering and pantry services for the client workforce.

Maintain hygiene, quality, and vendor performance standards.

Executive HSE

Implement safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.

Conduct audits, risk assessments, and awareness training.

Candidate Profile

Graduates with 15 years of relevant experience in facility management or related domains.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital tools for reporting and monitoring.
