Role Overview
We are hiring a Chief Fabricator to lead the fabrication and delivery of modular, mission-critical infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for driving fabrication strategy, manufacturing excellence, and project execution while ensuring timely delivery, superior quality, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in modular MEP engineering, off-site manufacturing, and the successful delivery of hyperscale data center or other large scale modular infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end fabrication operations for modular infrastructure projects.
- Oversee production planning, workshop operations, fabrication schedules, and resource management.
- Ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, quality, and project execution teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in fabrication processes, manufacturing efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Monitor project milestones, fabrication progress, and production KPIs to ensure timely execution.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges during fabrication and project delivery.
- Build and lead high-performing fabrication teams while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Desired Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or project delivery within EPC, modular construction, or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Proven experience in modular MEP engineering and off-site fabrication.
- Strong track record of delivering hyperscale data center, mission-critical, or other complex modular projects.
- Sound understanding of structural fabrication, MEP systems, production planning, and project execution.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Candidate Background
Candidates from organizations specializing in modular construction, data centers, EPC, industrial manufacturing, mission-critical infrastructure, or prefabricated building solutions will be preferred.
