The opportunity
We're looking for incumbents who is responsible for the timeliness and quality of the work as per Project requirements for our FAAS team and possess strong transition knowledge. The role requires prior experience and knowledge of system and process transition from client to delivery centre
- Lead Managed Service solution build out including the team and delivery approach in GDS FAAS
- Lead large multiple client engagements in Finance & Accounting Managed Service space
- Support complex global pursuits as a solution architect
- Strategic support to individual global Managed Service solution/ offering leaders in solution development/ build out of global offering
Build delivery infrastructure, team and coordinate tools and technology developments/ 3rd party Alliances propositions
Solution architecture and pursuit support
- Work on complex global pursuits as a solution architect collaboratively with Cross Service line teams, Subject matter resources and clients
Work with Global and GDS cross service line Managed Service leads to define and agree FAAS role in large deals
Service delivery and engagement management
- Oversee transition, solution deployment including resourcing, location, technology and integration.
- Support development of assets, delivery enablers, deployment of standardized and data driven delivery approach, automation and opportunities to deliver continuous improvement
Lead and support set up and operational deployment of Project Management office
Manage and develop people
- Build and lead a team of Managers, Assistant Managers and Seniors and make sure the team delivers high-quality work, per EY Global methodology, on time and to budget
- Conduct FAAS team performance reviews, serve as a positive leader and mentor, and contribute to the team performance and career development
- Identify development opportunities and training needs for high performing Manager, Assistant Managers and Seniors
Manage business and clients
- Actively support the Americas, EMEIA and APAC FAAS leadership both in terms of growth as well as qualityinitiatives
Enhance relationships with global teams and leverage connections to identify opportunities for work at GDS
