Job Description

  • Ensure staff collaboration to deliver high-quality service and meet guest needs
  • Inspect staff grooming and attire; address deficiencies immediately
  • Perform opening/closing duties including supply setup, equipment cleaning, and securing areas
  • Inspect storage for cleanliness, organization, and FIFO compliance
  • Conduct scheduled inventories; requisition and stock necessary supplies
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating, safety, and guest well-being
  • Submit maintenance work orders for necessary repairs
  • Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees
  • Serve as a role model and first contact for grievance processes
  • Enforce safety policies and complete required training and certifications
  • Maintain professional appearance and protect company confidentiality
  • Greet guests warmly, meet their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff
  • Build positive team relationships and respond to employee concerns effectively
  • Promote adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-savings
  • Visually inspect work areas and tools for defects or compliance
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating stairs or confined spaces
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by supervisors
