F&B Controller

Role Description The Food Beverage Controller is a full-time, on-site role based at Manohar International Airport - Goa. This role is responsible for monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs, including daily tracking of consumption, wastage, and variance reports. The Food Beverage Controller will review and analyze menu costing, verify supplier invoices, coordinate with the finance and accounting teams, and ensure accurate stock management and inventory records. Daily tasks include preparing cost reports for management, supporting pricing decisions, enforcing internal controls and compliance with company policies, and collaborating with kitchen and service teams to optimize profitability without compromising quality or guest experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any Field
• Previous Work Experience as F&B Controller
• Strong cost control skills, including experience in monitoring food and beverage costs and managing inventory.
• Proficiency in menu costing and the ability to support pricing decisions with data-driven insights.
• Well-developed analytical skills to interpret financial and operational data and recommend cost-efficient measures.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles related to hospitality operations.
• Experience with hospitality or restaurant management systems and basic ERP or POS tools.
