Role Description

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with business heads, tech leaders, and sales leadership to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring goals within defined SLAs.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Ezeiatech as employers of choice in AI, tech, and digital innovation.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and ensure adherence to hiring targets.
  • Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) for leadership visibility.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the companies.
  • Stay current with market trends, emerging talent pools, and best practices in IT, AI, and Sales hiring.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to enhance recruitment processes and workforce planning.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 57 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proven experience in IT / AI / Data Engineering / SaaS / Sales / Marketing hiring within a tech or IT services environment.
  • Strong command of modern sourcing tools, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
