Role Description
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
- Manage end-to-end hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner closely with business heads, tech leaders, and sales leadership to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring goals within defined SLAs.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and employee referrals.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Ezeiatech as employers of choice in AI, tech, and digital innovation.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and ensure adherence to hiring targets.
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) for leadership visibility.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the companies.
- Stay current with market trends, emerging talent pools, and best practices in IT, AI, and Sales hiring.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to enhance recruitment processes and workforce planning.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 57 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven experience in IT / AI / Data Engineering / SaaS / Sales / Marketing hiring within a tech or IT services environment.
- Strong command of modern sourcing tools, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
