Export Sales Manager

ABC Fruits is a leading manufacturer of fruit pulp, puree, concentrate, and IQF products, serving both domestic and international markets. Currently exporting to over 85 countries, we specialize in processing mango, papaya, guava, pineapple, and tomato products. In addition to our primary offerings, we have expanded into IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) fruits and vegetables. ABC Fruits is committed to delivering high-quality products to meet the diverse needs of global markets.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Sales Manager based in Chennai. The responsibilities include managing international sales activities, developing export business strategies, identifying potential markets, and building strong client relationships. The Export Sales Manager will monitor market trends, prepare sales reports, and ensure compliance with export regulations.

• Proven experience in Export and International Sales
• Skills in Business Planning and International Business strategy
• Strong Sales acumen and the ability to identify and develop new markets
• Knowledge of export processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across diverse cultural contexts
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and goal-driven environment
• Experience in the fresh produce or food processing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
