Job Description

Export Manager & Head

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Create and implement export strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Conduct market research to understand demand, competition, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to adapt products for global markets.
Train and support distributors and sales representatives on product knowledge.
Negotiate pricing and payment terms with international partners.
Set and achieve export sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and revenue generation from exports.
Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to different regions.
Handle international travel requirements for business purposes.
